I play on bookmaker and they offer video game betting through PRIMETIMEACTION twitch channels.
PRIMETIMEACTION = NFL
PRIMETIMEACTIONMLB = MLB
PRIMETIMEACTIONNHL = NHL

Not sure what other books offer or what twitch accounts they are using for their formats, but I know a lot of guys here play at bookmaker, so I'll throw my picks in and hope for the best
NBA does 7 games a day starting at 1pm and starting every hour.
NFL is 5 games a day every 2 hours starting at 1pm...on weekends they sometimes do 10 games and double up each time slot
NHL and MLB I don't follow as much on the sports sims, but MLB is 2 hours in b/t and they start at 1230 and I think they do 5 games a day
NHL is 1:15 in b/t games and they start at 1 and I believe do 4-5 games a day.
I'll mainly be doing NBA and NFL picks
End of the day, this is a sports gambling forum, so whether it be real sports, video games, or whatever, action is action and let's make some money
