Happened last year. Pretty sure that he was an EMT and not an FBI agent.

could have happened in 2001, but it's still funny how much verbal abuse and resisting almost to the point of it escalating too far they let him and his friends get away with.

If one of them trips, it would have been ugly and that guy would have gone to jail regardless

The requirements are basically a high school diploma or GED, no felonies on your record and don't be too smart or have too high of an IQ. Complete the 20 week summer camp at the academy. Then take the meaningless oath and receive a costume, badge and gun.
