I've been around degen gamblers in years past, they'll bet a $1000 on a game and lose then stiff the cocktail waitress on a tip that just brought them a free drink in the Casino hotel sports book area.

Yes pools are open but will have distancing. Cabanas, lounge, chairs etc will be spaced out. No mega pool drinking parties yet.

Like the casino floor, a crew will roll through and clean shit every so often.
