You actually do. It part of your negotiated salary. I’ve never been a big fan since other than going to eye dr once a year and getting contacts I basically never use it, yet it accounts for a good 4-5 a hour of my pay. The eye dr visit and the 6 months of contacts they pay for equates to about 250 annually so feel like I’m totally getting hosed.
