#40Cannot have people in stands sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers in football stadiums in calendar year 2020.
Simply not happening this Fall
No chance. None.
Maximum capacity will be 30% or so of stadium seating when the season begins if it is calendar year 2020.

family members will be allowed to sit together but i do not see a snowball's chance in hell that strangers are allowed to sit shoulder to shoulder, elbow to elbow for 4 hours inside a football stadium this fall or early winter.
i am sticking with max 30% capacity allowed in college football stadiums with adequate spacing between groups of people. they will be like mini-bubbles of people here, mini bubbles there, etc.
maybe tix get sold in groups of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 etc, and then those mini bubbles get placed at various spots around the stadium. only the hold of those ticket groups can decide who sits with them and who does not.
anything less than 6 feet (perhaps 4 seats) space between groups will be very surprising.
good luck trying to figure it out logistically. ohio state is already doing it (20-25% capacity) so maybe they are the model that gets used.Comment -

#56Sure Laker. this South Korean team made a public statement they didn't know what they packed their stands with, but the fining board said 'by your own personal experience you knew what they were" fined them 82k. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fox...-sex-dolls.ampComment -

#59Originally posted by homie1975decisions need to be made by 6/15 or latest 7/1 for logistical purposes. as college presidents and AD's they cannot be making these huge decisions in late July, it will be too late. if the decisions cannot be made by then or Aug, then you are looking at a season that will not start prior to 10/1
