NASCAR can't get a break. Not sure why they didn't schedule races first in places that doesn't rain like Phoenix, Las Vegas and California.

Because they wanted tracks where the drivers and teams can drive 1 day and back to, and with most teams base in the charlotte nc area, the gov of nc sign off on this to happen

Is there a reason why they wait until 7 pm to race when the storms come in? Why not race at dawn when there are no storms?

I was surprised the rain stopped. Looks like we will have a great race tonight. Don't see any rain coming on radar.
