About that horse, there's is a good one going off at Santa Anita 2nd race on Saturday. It's a Maiden Special race and a firster that Mike Smith chose to ride for Michael McCarthy. They were very high on this one early on but he had some trouble early in his training thing to get him to the track as a 2year old. They since gelded him and have him ready to fire this Saturday and Mikey took the call who has been riding him in the mornings and is really high on him.

You would think that a horse like this would go off as a fav or no worse than a 2nd choice, but his morning line is listed at 8-1. He has a good chance at a nice price. By no means a sure thing, but you get a lot of value on a potential monster.
