I don't understand the problem with TVG. You deposited $500 and turned it into $1800. Come Monday morning, they confiscated the entire $1800 balance and say you owe them $500?

Same with me. Wagerweb wont let me have racebook access but all other books do. I asked if it's because I'm in NY and they say "management decision"

I sounds like it's more on the Bank's fault here
a normal bank would have never said a word with a transaction to a legit company like TVG

I'm not sure in which way the deposit was made through the bank? debit card? or wire?
but apparently they kicked it back and TVG called foul, which they have every right to do since the bank took back the money.

As for some offshore books not accepting customers from certain states, this started a couple of years ago and there is an underlying reason for it.

any major bank would/should allow a deposit to TVG

Fulton Bank is A regional bank based out of Lancaster PA

I would call the new jersey division of gaming enforcement...

New Jersey will never have those places always been strict and use the in State place only on the other hand Pennsylvania is more open and access to NYRA

Like someone else said, tvg takes like 4 days for withdrawal to process. Garbage. Twin spires and xpressbet I cant play at anymore because I did some dumb crap a long time ago. NYRA bets can't verify my identity no matter how many times I try. I've tried some other Mickey mouse ones like Hollywood races and adayathetrack...all garbage.

I usually play at 5dimes for the rebate and because you can bet 25 cent wagers compared to the usual 50 cent mins..comes in handy when trying to put together a big pick 4 ticket or other large multi-race wager.
