Does Bookmaker Still Have Live Chat?

not sure if just me or if I need to change some settings does it show up for anyone else?

There's a blue circle with an orange text box inside on the bottom right of the page. It says it's virtual customer service or whatever but I clicked on customer care and it quickly connected me to somebody. If you can't see that, click on cashier and there's a similar button for chatting on the bottom right.

thanks guys doesnt come up for me on main page and I see it on cashier but nothing happens when clicked I just need to change some of my settings
