It's not that as much as it is the disconnect or lack of unity across some of the sports.

For example, when the mayor of LA says no large gatherings or we won't open it puts a crinkle in the plans of everyone else at the table.

We need central direction and the States to work together with some of the industries.

If Trump goes along with testing sports can resume. But he doesn't want testing because it inflates the infection numbers so until he gets on board with testing schools and sports will not resume. No testing means no sports.
