    I love Sir Charles but.....

he says Mike should have won the MVP years before he did, but Jordan just didn't have enough wins.
Then Chuck says that he deserved the MVP that year because he had more wins than Michael's team, or the same amount.
If MJ was the greatest player through that stretch of time regardless of team wins, The Round mound of Rebound should never have won the MVP during the Jordan era. Charles sometimes talks out of his own ass, sometimes he talks outta Shaq's ass too.

Charles just calls it like he sees it, straight off the hip, and no bullshit

but he wakes up and sees it different day to day and year to year.

I'll never forget the day I was visiting a friend that produced an espn radio show here in Chicago that Charles is a guest on pretty often.

it was after Charles had been arrested for drunk driving.

the host gave Charles a softball and said something like "I'm sure you learned your lesson and you'll never drink and drive again"

Charles said "no I can't say that. I can't promise that i'll never do that again"

The 2 hosts, my friend and the other guy in the production room were going crazy with their facial expressions and mouthing words, finally one of the hosts. kind of tried to talk Charles into going back on what he just said, and he doubled down. They thought he had just got himself in deep trouble with his careless words.

it is outrageous to say in this PR conscious climate. but he'd rather just tell it straight from his heart and not make a bullshit promise that he couldn't say 100% that he wouldn't keep.

I found it simultaneously scary and refreshing. He survived, so I guess there was no reason to be scared

JJ gave me an infraction for drunk posting, made me promise not to do it again.
yet here I am, five in the afternoon, tanked and arguing with Dwight shrute.

                  Barkley is awesome

Amazing how many people are all on the bulls nuts since this "documentary" came out

Its a puff piece by espn pretending to be anything but

Its entertaining but if it was real journalism it would have way more gambling cheating and people hating the bulls

I lost all credibility with Chuckles the Clown when Augusta lengthened their golf course and he came out and said it was a racial slap in the face to Tiger Woods.

Well Chuck, it helped Tiger because he was the longest driver in the PGA.

                        He's a racist himself!

Phoenix Suns forward Charles Barkley and the National Basketball Association on Sunday downplayed an apparent off-hand racial remark Barkley made at the end of a testy television interview Saturday.
“That’s why I hate white people,” Barkley was heard saying.

I heard it on National TV, but no firing? Imagine a white guy saying the reverse?

Wins are a team accomplishment, not a 1 player accomplishment

You can't get 60, 70 wins with a shit team

Steve Nash beat Kobe's 36 ppg when he averaged 15 and 10? lmfao

                          Biggest joke of the century

                          Nash couldn't hold Bryant's dick.

If it wasn't for Kobe that team would struggle to win 10 games

Jordan was the MVP no matter what. That goes for all years, even when he was with Wizards. Anyone else that got it during his time on the court really knows he was the MVP.
