Most of the food has been sitting out for hours. If you do go, do not go before they close. Try to get there for breakfast or lunch. I used to go to this asian buffet and it was good, but I went home and blasted the bowl literally every single time. After about 5 times or so I figured I better cool it.

What buffets you going to? the $50 ones in vegas arn't sitting out for hours. maybe 30 minutes top.
