And yes, Biden is getting some of the Kavanaugh treatment. His accuser actually has a little bit of evidence to back her story (the Larry King episode and sworn statements from a couple of other people who says she told them at the time) which is way more than Christine Blasey Ford had but she was to be believed and Ms. Reid is not given the same consideration.

And that's all I have to say about that.

You cannot deny the time of the Larry King episode. Multiple people have identified that caller as her mother. At that time, that was the only political show around. And now, CNN has removed it from a previous play list. My point is that there is still more backing her than Christine Blasey Ford. Yet Blasey-Ford's words were taken to be the gospel and if you pointed out the inconsistencies (such as her "bestie" denying the whole thing even though that was her "witness") then you hated all women.

Just admit you are a hypocrite with regards to whomever affiliates with your little political party.

Ahh...ok....dismissed.. Had to be a reason for the dismissals.
Frequently it is for lack of sufficient evidence.

In any case, this would appear to be an allegation which is ultimately UNprovable.
The Kavanaugh case is an example.
The TWO credible porn stars making allegations against Trump, are another.
The 20+ women who have made allegations of various sexual misconduct against Trump are still others.
The woman deserves to be heard.
And just as fairly, Biden's denials also deserve to be heard.
Then let whatever PROOF there might exist after 27 years
to be presented and let the jury decide.

Biden's denials are no less credible than her assertions.
BOTH deserve to be heard with an UNbiased ear.

However, I have to say from an unbiased viewpoint,

her allegations would have been more credible had they been voiced last year,
or at any time in the past 26 + years -
rather than waiting until shortly after it was determined
that Joe Biden (not Bernie) will be the Democratic nominee.

Kavanaugh's accuser was called out repeatedly for the same timing,
and the case against Kavanaugh was in effect "dismissed"


As for Biden, I was pulling for Bernie.
However, this election will not be about electing Biden.
It's like Biden or any Dem candidate is almost irrelevant.
Nov. 3 will be about casting ballots AGAINST Trump.
If Trump can gain positive favorability ratings before Nov.3
-- which he hasn't done in 3+ years despite a decent economy
and low unemployment number -- then he will be re-elected.
But that looked unlikely BEFORE the pandemic...

She claims to have filed a complaint at the time.

It's either sealed at the UofDelaware until Joe retires or in the National Archives.

If Fox or some reporters find it, Biden and the DNC are finished. You can't deny a claim like this after the Balsy Ford incident then be hypocritical and caught lying. Would tank the House with him....
