ordered something 20 days ago on pay pal. I have been going back and forth with the seller. i reported it to paypal and they told me they would rather I work it out with the seller. My question is this how long before i report this to my credit card. Also pay pal has my credit card info. which i have tried to take off their site to no avail.

I order twice from Ebay and payed thru paypal . My first order was 2 books for 35 bucks from Ebay / pay to paypal and the second order was again two different books from Ebay and pay thru paypal . Never received my books and never got my money back even do I complained to paypal . Second time shame on me and there will be NOT a third time - GUARANTED !! Im done with crooks . It is not the amount of money that I lost [ 65 - 70 bucks ] Its the principal here - no mas !!Comment -

Chico it depends on how you paid with PayPal. If you used the Friends and Family option, PayPal will not reimburse you but you can dispute the charge with your credit card company and they will remove it.
If you paid with PayPal but didn't use the Friends and Family option, just dispute the charge with PayPal and check the box that said you did not receive the product/service. PayPal will refund you unless the seller can prove that you received the product.

Hopefully the cc dispute works for you cause paypal and ebay won't do shit to help. I fukkin hate those two companies. I haven't used either one in over a decade and never will again. Look at real businesses like Walmart and Amazon how they treat their customers versus how ebay and paypal treat theirs. Fukk ebay and paypal. How are these places still in business? Damn near everyone I know has been screwed by ebay and paypal at some time or another.Comment -
