Antibody (serology) tests will be available using point of care at just about every CVS and Walgreens in a few weeks if not sooner.

The issue is that the FDA hasn't CLIA waived the stupid thing. Like blackbart said it's a simple fingerstick test with results in 7-10 minutes.

You can probably use your FSA card to pay for it. Insurance coverage likely will follow Medicare and Medicaid coverage guidelines.
