Two young top-10 quarterbacks better than one. This year a throwaway but unlike 2019 a young qb will actually play many games. Not fitzpatrick.

If Rosen is playing a lot then the tank for Trevor Lawrence is on. No way should Rosen be taking snaps over Fitzpatrick nor Tua.

Tua's dad needs to go back to Hawaii for him to have any chance to make it in the league. It might be to late already

Some horrible things came out about the dad in regards to playing against Mississippi State, the game in which he suffered the hip injury. So you may be on to something with his meddling in his son’s career and trying to intimidate a coaching staff

No of course Tua should start. If he breaks both legs, ok np just draft another qb next year.

With Tua’s injury history breaking both of anything is possible

If he can stay healthy Tua will have a successful career.

Really don't find much impressive about their draft. Tua was overrated to begin with and with health concerns doesn't seem worth a top five pick. The Oline guys they grabbed seem raw and the CB was hanging all over whoever he was covering in the clips i saw. They had volume in picks, but didn't seem like they had great value.

As a sorry ass Dolphins fan, I didn't hate the picks since they were mostly of need... But yeah, I didn't like how we had so many picks and yet didn't land one potential game changer WR or RB. I kept expecting them to pivot away from OL/DL and yet they just kept grabbing more.
Seeing Dobbins go to the Ravens right before we had next pick was rough to watch, probably would have grabbed him if he lasted one more pick. Landing Breida for a 5th is decent to pair with Howard, but that guy is the most injury prone RB in the history of the NFL. His nickname should be "questionable to return".
I'm happy we got Tua without having to give up any picks (and probably forced Chargers into Plan B with Herbert)... Because I'd like to think the risk in taking him was worthwhile. But yeah, I'm not exactly confident he wont be a cripple after a few games. Hopefully they don't rush him in there and just let Fitz play half the season or whatever.

Good luck with that losing bet, he's an after thought to the team at this point. Fitz will be the starter.

Agree, Fitz will be the starter until the day he retires.
He's earned that.

no
Not if you go by player rankings and where the team got that player. Several others grade much higher

crazy to even think they couldve actually ended .500 or better last year.
They gave away a road game to jets (bad officiating helped)
Lost by not being able to convert at home 2-pt vs washington
Had a huge lead at pitt (think also they blew a dd lead at cincy)
literally a handful of plays and they couldve been 8-8 just like that.
After first 3-4 games I couldnt see them beating anyone, 0-16 easy I thought.

Aside from this, Dolphins went for meat and potatoes than anything else. I like it. Drafts a crap shoot anyway.
Brieda should be good

Dolphins kicked the tires on the Desean Watson availability. Tua is on his way to holding a clipboard.
