Tipping, in most cases, is a total waste of money.

In some cases tipping might be +EV if you can derive a benefit from it that you wouldn't otherwise get without tipping.

I used to tip 15-20% due to "custom," but now I choose to think for myself instead.

Even now i am still doing 20% with the pick up. I am heading out in a minute to Applebees. I am ordering for us and both my neighbors. I am paying because they are out of work well the one is down to 1 day a week for 4 hours. The order is Over $140 and i am still giving 20% because they are risking the Virus to get us food still .
