When I grew up as a fan, 50 was super rare. went decades before and after George Foster's 50.
there prob were only a handful of guys not named Babe Ruth that did it before him.
i'm sure most of the 15 are very modern players. Babe, Mantle, Mays would have done it, but not sure if any others like Mel Ott might have done it before FosterComment -
