    Lifting weights, walking, running, biking. How are you staying in shape?

    Walking about 3 or 4 miles a day.

    Think that's technically violating the "stay in" regulation; but the cops haven't busted me yet.

    Heard they got Brady, though.

                      put 50 or more miles on the bike a day
                      some days lately it is almost impossible to get up over the speed limit w/ all the heat on the road, and then there are others that I know I have a two mile stretch to pin both dials
                      so I do

                      other than skiing and finger-fukking, the greatest workout I know

                          Weights in the garage. Spent the past couple years buying stuff used from craigslist and offer up. Much better than most commercial gyms. Could easily flip it for close to twice what I paid.

                                Golf 2X a week, 14,000 steps pushing my clubs. Walk 30-40mins most days(hate it) I need to chase a little white ball.
                                Pushups, situps etc.....nothing like when the gyms were open. Holding my own I guess?

                                      Doing a lot of yard work. I have a big pile of dirt in my yard. I fill wheelbarrows and dump it on one side and then the next day I feel them again and dump it where it was the day before. Works both upper body and lower body.
