Yet, Reinsdorf gave all the power to the short, ugly, fat, insecure little man and allowed him to break up one of the best dynasties of all time because Krause thought he knew better than all of them.

Reinsdorf was just as guilty as Krause. He’s just alive to make himself look good. Reinsdorf didn’t want to pay the piper either. He could have taken care of Scottie Pippen too. Could have torn up that contract and paid Scottie commiserate with his value and market value but chose not to. The buck stopped with reinsdorf and it did.

That was the one draft year Krause got it right. Every other draft Krause had with the Bulls was a total brick.

Another decent GM would have built a championship team around Jordan eventually like Krause did. Hopefully he wouldn’t have wanted all the credit and eventually led to the dynasty’s downfall too.

So true on the drafts. Kudos did pay dividends later though. But after that there wasn't a single worthwhile pick. Amazing they kept winning without adding any young talent.

Eh? Did you actually watch the game? Petrovic was the clear-cut star of that team -some feel he was the best Euro baller ever. Kukoc wasn't even in the NBA at the time. Good team, only trailed 17 at the half

We watched first 4. Simply the best to play the game. He was not going to let anyone beat him.

Some things I noticed:

Pippen’s voice in recent interviews sounds like it is scrambled to protect a witness

Never knew Krause was so short

Krause’s teeth are disturbingly yellow. Did Reinsdorf not provide dental? He might be a 4th cousin of jj with those butter bean teeth.

Jordan’s teammates were definitely scared of him. Some major side eyes.

Phil wins his stars over by not catering to their every need above the team. If they want to win, a star will understand he can’t always do it alone.

Mike is spitting image of his father.

Mike had a few brothers. Kinda tough getting out of Mike’s shadow.
