you realize that this is phase 1 right? Phase 1 has to happen sooner than later and I guess you didnt realize when you posted this that there still are no people allowed inside the stores. the only difference between whats happening now and after phase 1 is that non essential businesses can be open for delivery or curbside, not just essential. Not a big deal

I then state that the Governor is hoping to elminate Stay-at-home order April 30th as long as the trend is down.
