Its crazy but if you spit or cough on someone purposefully these days, it is considered a terroristic threat. If it occurred in a state that is under emergency lock-down/stay-at-home, the penalties (jail/fines) are even larger than non-emergency periods.

This women will likely be jailed, have to post bail for the terroristic threat, and go to court once CV clears up. With the video, I doubt the court will be lenient with her. Hopefully, she will be put in a county jail in Dade county or similar so that she can learn to be someone's biatch for a few months, get slapped around, and learn some manners.

Unfortunately this will be a frequent occurrence the next several weeks. Whether or not you believe this virus is serious, you need to practice common decency. People are stressed the hell out and some will snap. I’m guessing mental health facilities are strapped for staff and professionals are either working round the clock or gone into isolation.

She needs a timeout but what do you charge her with and is there space to lock her up? What will a fine do? Does she have prior record? I guess is she is broke and her meth dealer will get any cash she has before court and her kids do. I’d rather she get mental help if needed and if this is not first offense, put her away and any restitution be paid to people she assaulted.
