Using conventional wisdom to predict this year's election is foolish. The only things that are certain are that his press conferences are a de facto campaign, Biden falling short of a majority of delegates due to postponed and/or cancelled primaries is a real possibility and Biden's own stated belief, during a debate no less, that party rules should be followed will sabotage any claim of unfairness if Cuomo gets the nomination.
