What started out as an administration stumbling and fumbling over this has turned into a pretty strong public/private response. Are there opportunities? Of course? Will there be learning good and bad? Of course. I think you have to give the guy some credit here. This isn’t an easy situation by any means. World leaders have struggled on every continent.
