MLB full season with 7 inning double dips

Anyone read that article. Idea has been floated to play 9 games a week via 7 inning double headers to get the full season and playoffs in on time so the world series isn't being played in a blizzard in december

Unless you’re the Nationals, or Dodgers, and a couple of other teams you’re still going to need five ‘openers’ and five relievers.

A closer can’t go more than three times a week and if one of your ‘openers’ can’t get out of the third inning you’re more than likely going to need three arms out of the ‘pen.

So with the five ‘openers’ your staff is still going to need a closer, a set up man that also serves as an alternate closer, and at least two more likely three long reliever/middle innings guys.
And I’m not even factoring in if a seven inning game goes three extra innings.

How are these leagues going to handle it after the restart and some guy test positive and the whole team has to be quarantined for the next 14 days? Just forfeit every one of those games? Sports are done for a long long time.

Just add to every player's contract that they stop moving around. Quarantine every team member for duration of season. If someone violates and gets infected, treat them as if they used heavy substances. There will be enough players who will sacrifices personal freedoms for the money they get paid over serving fries and burgers.
