Hey, whatever happened to Iceman? Is he still out in Vegas?
Ok, lol...…….and on that note, it's nothing special, MANY, MANY, MANY here have better and/or more rewarding careers than me, the vast majority in many great fields of work and even some from a gambling perspective.

Iceman still in Vegas, have not seen him for at least five years or so, good kid.

I have just a little idea of what it's like. I used to follow a pro around Vegas finding 3-card poker games where we had an advantage. Some waiting around. A lot of driving around. Some more waiting. Then playing.

Problem is the variance. That's what kills some advantage gamblers. They don't have a big enough bankroll. Some teams of gamblers bust out before they can turn the profit.

I remember sitting at Slots A Fun winning $1200 in one hour and most of that was just from the cards we had come our way, not our actual play. It was then I figured how much variance there can be. A couple weekends later I lose $1400 in one sitting at the Riviera across the street. At least I got a nice dinner for free at the Italian restaurant there. The waiter said he served all the big names of Vegas.
