Took the bar now all booze??? Hope this is not a trend like the Bars. Fresno City just announced all sales of Alcohol to stop. Bcats does not approve!

The City of Fresno has now declared a "state of emergency", and doing so grants the city wide-ranging powers under its "Emergency Services Ordinance".
Fox26 News asked for and got a copy of the full ordinance. Among other things, after an emergency declaration, it allows the city to:
1. Suspend the sale of firearms and ammo.
2. Suspend the sale of alcohol.

3. Order a general curfew.
4. Order the closing of all taverns.
5. Order a price or rate freeze on consumer goods and on hotels if lodging is limited.
7. Order a halt to gasoline sales, except as fuel pumped into vehicles' gasoline tanks.
8. Order the closing of any business where crowds "tend to gather", including theaters, amusement areas, gyms, stadiums, etc.

the only think i thought about is that since now the bars are closed, it will be a run on beer and wine at the grocery stores, heck i purchase beer this morning at 7am in the grocery store..........

Nobody is stopping the sale of alcohol. Get a grip. They can if they need to under the emergency order. I'm sure most cities emergency orders have these powers.

Domestic keg beer isn't pasteurized and generally must be turned over in 45 days or risk spoilage.

Same w unfiltered micros that arent cooled. Many will get bacterial infections from secondary fermentation....

Honest to god, imported draft only or bottled macro domestic/ import going forward.

Yup, Cali is the worst now, I was born and raised here from the crib as well. I never talked like this in the past about the sunshine State. Was never this bad 10 or 20 years ago..

Dem Leadership absolutely ruined everything in this State in just the last 2 or 3 years.. Just look at San Fran for example, once the nicest city maybe in America is now a complete shiit hole for starters..

Started with illegals, generous pensions and gas taxes supposedly to fix roads. Freebies for illegals and allowing the drug attics and homeless to take over the streets. Now we got homeless every where, everyone is on drugs. Our State got dirty and over populated almost over night. I can go on and on and rant and rave more but I'll stop there...
