I'm on a 30 year fixed at 4.2% now. I'm gonna wait to see if that interest rate goes down even more or some great Fema loan option becomes offered.

I will refi on my $600,000 loan that I have on my home now if that's the case. I'd love to lower my monthly mortgage payments on my home substantially on a fixed rate for good in times like this..
