U.S. Govt BEGAN HIRING QUARANTINE OFFICERS IN SEVERAL U.S. CITIES FOR “QUARANTINE PROGRAM” IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR, GOVERNMENT JOBS WEBSITE CONFIRMS

Serve as a project representative for a program responsible for preventing the importation and spread of communicable diseases...
That's not depressing, people are needed to represent the projects for the program.

It's better than so many other slush gov't jobs that serve to only expand the bureaucracy to meet the needs of the expanding bureaucracy.

I want the quarantined areas to be unreachable not to keep people out, but to keep the stupid fukkers who think they have a right to be free when the don't from breaking out.

Been depressed for 40 yrs. Therapy galore, medicine galore. Lonely isolated. All the breathing excercises, cbt, dbt, mindfulness and Mediation becomes useful now while locked down. Got a bottle of Trintellix, very expensive, thinking about giving it a shot while quarantined.

Indiana Grand just let us go for atleast 2 weeks so I'll be doing much of the same I do all the time. Just more time to do it. I have 4 tv channels so I listen to a lot of music and I'm pretty good on the 6 string. I'll be fine. I bought eggs hotdogs and bread. Plenty of food and nothing but time. If water would be cut off, we're really fuked. Don't think that will happen.

                  Best of luck

Ps..i just took the 1st Trintellix.

I took a dose of Trintellix and I'm wired as hell. It's acting like methamphetamines without the euphoria. Not good, imo. Day 1, though. We'll see. Im kinda anxious just trying it, too.

                        Dude you got issues..

How about getting off happy meds to escape your mental pains in life, go to church and meet some good people and tell them your story and find new friends there that can lift you up in life, maybe even find Jesus.

If you are a faith hater and non believer like most on this forum then go for a run and sweat it out day to day. Work your body daily so that you are so tired you can't find time to be depressed. That usually works for most..

Clean up your act, dress to impress, shower and shave. Try to look good because looking good is feeling good.. Put on a happy face for others always even if you are feeling down.. Be friendly to everyone and keep it positive in life even if you are surrounded by dicks that look at you like you are strange.. Change in life is always good and don't fear it especially if you are unhappy.

Release those happy endorphins in your brain naturally thru exercise and not synthetic happy drugs I say. Impossible to feel depressed after running a 10K I think for example. If you are a lazy fat slob then start with walking or pool swimming.. Get a dog for companionship and to force you to get out walk the dog everyday.

That's my best advice to stay happy in life for anyone that experiences chronic depression.. ..

Depressed and stressed. Waiting on a script in mail to handle the anxiety piece. Hoping when anxiety piece is better controlled, the depression will subside a little.

                                                        Gardening's my new hobby now...
As soon as I wake up I pay a visit to my little garden and fill my lungs with oxygen... brings me joy to see progress of the growing stages .... you do not need to have many tools ... just improvise... use what you already have...uses boxes that you usually throw away... i highly recommend gardening
