Thou Fury was much more aggressive early on this fight the fact he blew out his ear drum is what caused this. Wilder never had the balance thereafter, fell twice just moving around. It was a good punch by Fury but a lucky result in throwing off the equilibrium of the fighter.
Reminds me of Fury v Wallin where Fury really could have lost because Wallin opened up a huge cut above Fury eye and kept punching it.
In boxing you never know....but one lucky well placed punch can do a lot of damage. But Fury in general is just a jabber, he threw 4xs as many punches as Wilder...they weren't haymakers, they were good jabs at a guy who's balance was off markedly.
I hope Wilder doesn't retire.Comment -

#79not much skill at heavy these days wilder was able to hold a belt for 5 yrs without much actual boxing skill other than a big right hand. only at heavy can u pull that off. he was fighting on borrowed time.Comment -

his ear was probably ringing like crazy or he felt deafness in it and it threw him off.
he was slipping all over the place even when being cleanly hit by FuryComment -
