Penn State basketball

I rarely follow basketball until March but PS has me intrigued this year. Naturally, I am a PA resident and I am thrilled at their recent success. I recently read an article by a sportswriter who claims he would not be surprised if they make the final 8.

So naturally I played them to make the final four and the championship which I know is very very doubtful. As I wrote I only watched one game and know almost nothing about that team. What do you guys think, and please don't answer with BS, if you don't know just stay in your hole but if you have even a little bit of expertise/knowledge about PS please share it.

I think Penn State could win the tournament. They are a real team.

The games I've watched I love the attitude they play with. That kind of toughness is needed in the tournament.

I’ve been hitting them hard this year. They’ve been a cash cow. I’ve made about 650$ on them this season which is a hell of a lot for me.

they are still flying under the radar in the media and this is the team where media will hail it as great Cinderella story for the final 4 as they win games in the tournament and make it to final 4.

see, I have the same intuitive feeling about this team but I need to be careful it isn't just home team crap. but, I have had a field day on them also. maybe again tomorrow.

Thats the B10 this year. Deep but nobody is really that good. Anyone can beat anyone. I'm an Indiana grad and they suck. They're def fade material if they get in the big dance somehow. They don't play tourn games in Bloomington, IN and they can't play on the road. Maryland is another one. They struggle somewhat with everyone. Fade material. Sparty isn't that good, but Izzo could get them to the Sweet 16 if their bracket is right. The other 2 real deals imo are Penn State and Illinois. A team like Dayton would beat them by atleast 8 in the tournament, but they're not complete frauds atleast. Penn State made like 15 3s at Purdue. If they get hot like that then Elite 8 maybe?

True for the most part, but there is nobody in the B10 close to Kansas, Zaga, Baylor, or Dayton. San Diego State? Maybe?

I think the Big East is alot better then the B10 too.
