Went 4/4 in the Saturday one and 3/4 here. In the "football" which I know 0 about I manage to do that well while in the NFL I tend to always finish near the bottom of the Beat the Prick/Pick 6 - lol!

Ahh well, better than losing in both - thanks SBR for the contests! Am enjoying XFL so far in general. Not the hype yet of NFL of course, but it seems like it has potential - always a bit sad when NCAAF/NFL end as those are the sports I follow most, so having a new thing to fill the gap could be a good thing. We'll see if it catches on!

I'm giving the XFL every chance. I just wish they would take advantage of some of the rules that they have like 2 forward passes in one play, and the 3 point PAT. Seems like they have a lot of old school coaches wanting to play traditional football which has led to some low scoring games.

Yeah I dunno. The two forward pass rule more feels like something that would be used given a good opportunity more than something that they would really design plays after, but who knows? And the 3 point PAT the odds are so much worse than the other two feels like it's hard realistically to go for it unless the score really demands it. I wonder if 2/5/10 yards are the best breakdown for those PAT # of points.

But we shall see! It's in its first year so no doubt there will be some things to tweak, perhaps that will be one of them if they find no one almost ever goes for the 3 point PAT.
