    Lock em up!!!

Can't rape unwilling girls cause you are horny in life. Women are people too!!

How would you feel if you were butt raped by gay men in prison against your will? How violated would you feel as a straight man? Think of it that way..

If you are horny just jerk off and shoot a load if you have those wicked thoughts. Get over it and move on. Not worth spending your life in prison.

No need to pin a chick and force yourself on her for 10 seconds of perv joy until you shoot your load.

    KEEPING IT REAL.. THINK!!

If they are in fact guilty they deserve the maximum sentence Ohio hands down w zero chance of parole. Crimes against women, children and animals are 100% unacceptable.

                Yeah strange story

                However

If she is in fact on film stating her name and saying it's consensual then the prosecution has a problem because this case will most definitely be "about the victim " and 100% of her past comes into play.

                Can be hugely embarrassing

The fact the team has already suspended them says a lot.

So I'm assuming that she did not agree that it was consensual on tape. They never said she refused to say it.

A statement made under duress would be inadmissible. Being that her argument is that she was forced to say it was consensual before being allowed to leave, that would count as under duress.

It is difficult to successfully prosecute cases where the alleged victim admits it started out consensual. However, in this case, the addition of a second alleged assailant changes the equation quite a bit. As others have pointed out, the fact the she was videoed immediately after saying it was consensual is so bizarre, it makes me believe it wasn't.

Hey, that hurts about them Gophers - LOL - what I thought was wrong is the incident would not have been a suspension for a student but a scholarship athlete it was decided after the fact needs to be held to a higher standard which was not defined. Reviewed it and suspended and then lifted the suspension and then put the suspension back in force for the bowl game. The players boycotted the bowl game for a while and eventually relented. Really poorly handled and I wished they would have fired the nimrod chancellor and idiot board of regents. Should be illegal on some level of due process? Lost their coach over the deal - not to mention recruits.

it won’t have any impact on the football these guys rarely played anyway.

Lets also remember innocent until proven guilty. Lets let the court process play out before we pass any judgement

Well one thing for sure is it opens the door into her past and all the promiscuous incidents she's had. The trial, if it goes there, will be about her and this tape, not the men. The tape, her past, the term consensual are what's in play here.

Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint have been dismissed from the Ohio State football program after being charged with rape and kidnapping.
In a statement, head coach Ryan Day said he will not comment on the criminal charges, but “it is clear they did not live up to the program's standards or expectations.”
You can read Day's full statement below:
I have dismissed Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint from our football program. I am not making any statement on the criminal charges, but it is clear they did not live up to our standards and my expectations. The athletics department will make sure they both continue to have access to the health and well-being resources available to students and student-athletes. Due to the ongoing criminal investigation, I will not be commenting further.

Ohio State's Amir Riep, Jahsen Wint face rape, kidnapping charges

Ohio State football players Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint face charges of rape and kidnapping, stemming from an alleged incident last week.
Riep and Wint were booked into jail early Wednesday after warrants had been issued for them. They were charged with first-degree felonies Tuesday in Franklin County (Ohio) Municipal Court.
Ohio State said in a statement that it is aware of the charges and arrests and that both players have been suspended from all team activities.
A woman told police she was hanging out with Riep at the apartment he shares with Wint on Feb. 4 when they began to engage in consensual sex, according to an affidavit. The woman stopped and told Riep she didn't want to continue.
Wint then entered the room and asked if he could join. Wint allegedly grabbed the woman by her neck and raped her, she said in the affidavit. Riep held the woman down with his body while Wint forced oral sex, the affidavit stated. The woman pushed Wint away, according to the affidavit, but he again forced her to have oral sex.
They stopped after several minutes, and Riep, while laughing at the woman, told her she needed to say on video that what happened was consensual, according to the affidavit. Riep then told the woman she needed to shower before driving her back to her home.
