I say that because you mentioned in the thread, the person who has the most moves (outs) is in the best position in the game. Green has 10 outs and purple has 0 at this point. I'm very confident there is more to it than that but that's my stab at it.Comment -

#108Tanko returned the points because his total equaled and I didn't catch it until after I paid him. He had the math right anyhow.
Here's another, 1 guess per person. 1st correct wins. Total must equal 90. Only 1 possible outcome. It's Greens turn to move.

Green actually only had 8 immediate places he could go. I marked the spots below. Notice Purple wrote "Congrats"

#115B and C is correct. The reason why I know for sure that my opponent knew he was losing is because I've played him before and he's a good player that knows what's going on. But the giveaway is what he wrote in his message "Congrats". He ran out of legal moves. He knows he was going to lose badly. He resigned 2 moves later. Running a player of of legal moves is like tapping someone out in an MMA fight. If you run your opponent out of legal moves you will win almost every single time. The only time you won't is if it's a really close game and it happens at the end. And even then you'll usually win most of the time.

i already won with green winning
purple might not know it

#118I've played this guy more than a dozen times. He's a pretty good player that knows what's going on. He wrote CONGRATS and then resigned on his next turn.Comment -

#122Rudy... Sorry to disappoint you. I only punch the Republican button when I vote. If there isn't a Republican on the ballot for a particular race, I write one in.
Everyone has the right to vote however they want. Just like me. I chose to be a Republican and ALWAYS have been.Comment -

#126If your opponent can run you out of moves before move #40... you're toast. He knows this. This is why he wrote Congrats. Join the Hexversi ladder and you can play this guy... you don't have to play me. He would take you to school.

#127Galt points? I'm not going to put any points on it... but you guys can play each other(or me) if you want. I'll play winner. It's a free site.
I think Tanko would win... he definitely understands some basics. And actually... I think you do as well Rudy. However... I think you are more prone to make a terrible move.Comment -

#137Chess is vastly more complicated than Hexversi... I will admit that. But mastering Hexversi is EXTREMELY difficult. I certainly haven't mastered it myself as I still lose games.
You can ask questions all day for all I care. Knowing what you're supposed to do and being able to actually apply it is a completely different story.

shouldnt i win half of the games we play???
