When Rutgers plays Northwestern in October, there is no way to bet on the first play of the game, total interceptions, number of players to throw a pass, et cetera. The Super Bowl has hundred of these options. That makes it very clearly, not "just another game". From August through December, every book has point spread, total, money line, 1h, et cetera. For the Super Bowl, different sportsbooks have different bets available. That makes it even easier to find value. It is an entire two weeks of football. Looking like I will be close to betting however much I would normally bet for two weeks of football during the other times of the season on this game

It turns out "Defense wins championships" is a myth.
There have been teams that won by the better defense but better offensive wins most championships.
If this is true then the Chiefs are most likely to win.

it is tough for good defenses to beat a team with two weeks of planning for that offense to come up with a gameplan in today's nfl
