Thinking of offering special contest for those with minimun # of posts in a month

2nd day pick 2 have to win them both to advance

then 1 at a time

have to win them all to advance

longest streak is winner

Drew, you wouldn't know this, but back when The Point program first start here. SBR gave points for every 100 posts per poster.

so you had enormous clogging posts in all threads of just machine gun posting of emoji's and one word responses.

if you made a min post requirement for a contest, it MIGHT ( I think its conceivable at first that it may not) lead to some spam posting.

if you make it something small like 30-50 posts per month, you might get a decent $ of people that start doing a few posts per day, but also run the risk of having a decent amount of non regular posters end up doing 30-50 posts on the last day.

If you make it something bigger like 250 a month. You'll have a smaller group of non regular posters and contest whores that do the same thing on a bigger scale.

i do remember points being based on posts when i first joined. i only got more serious about posting recently and then it has been the current system. feel it is better cause you post to make convo, not posting for points.
