Nevada will be without 3 def. starters in the 1st half and they are 0-11 on the Smurf Turf. Many more reasons but not going to do a big write up for a small play.................................... ..............gl

Nevada tough to figure out. They have beat a few solid teams and have absolutely no showed in others. Line has moved Ohio way a lot but that has not been good this bowl season, teams with suspensions/players sitting haven’t seemed to miss them either., Hope you right, I need Ohio for my confidence pools!! Gl buddy

Nevada has 4 defensive starters suspended. Only 1 of them (LB Gabriel Sewell) can play in the 2h, other 3 are suspended for 1-2 games

Nevada also fired 3 defensive assistants including their defensive coordinator at the end of the regular season. They had to hire a bunch of FCS guys to act as interims just for this game

With that said, I can't back Ohio here. Mountain West > MAC and nothing on Ohio's schedule impresses me. They needed to win their last 2 games against horrible Akron and Bowling Green just to make this bowl game. Nevada beat San Diego State and a full strength Purdue

Algos don't like Nevada much but I can't lay 7.5 points let alone 10 points with Ohio

Impossible for me to lay points with Mac teams. That said I played Ohio-6.5 1st half. Lol. Just a bet to see if Nevada cares to be there.

Maybe I'm duped like every time I watch a presser and listen to the coach/players but it seems like they are motivated and want to be there. The lopsided losses tell me they had problems with focus. As long as they are focused here we know what they are capable of at their best- beating SDSU and Purdue

Nevada fans seem to be puzzled about the firing of the defensive coaches. Felt like defense wasn't really the problem as much as the offense but wasn't something I looked that much into lol
