Patriots don’t use timeouts?

The Patriots stopped Miami with 1:45 before halftime and didn’t use a timeout. So after the punt they have 57 seconds with 3 timeouts, they call two runs and go to the half with all 3. Never seen that from the Pats before. Both teams didn’t use a timeout in the 1st half.
