My general philosophy is that the book makes a sharp line to start

Theres going to be action that's moves the needle a bit....BUT a whole TD? I don't claim to be a savant or great gambler, but in my experience these huge line moves do pay off 2/3 of the time if you bet towards the opening line.

He had a much better season last year. He declared for the draft less than a week before he was busted for weed. Not great timing. Either way, probably not a great idea to be smoking it in Utah where it's a controlled substance.

There is an old bowl game system.... where you take the UNDER the 1st half... IF it loses then you take the UNDER the second half. It typically does well every year.

Charlotte keeps shooting themselves: penalties and poor execution only thing stopping them, they pretty much moving ball fairly easily, just not showing up on scoreboard with poor timing mistakes.

Over still in play. Both teams moving the ball fairly easily. The line came way down because the weather but wind hasn’t hurt either teams ability to throw. If Charlotte can stop shooting themselves in the foot with bad penalties that killing drives or unable to execute on 4th and inches and get a score here before half I’ll feel really good bout the over chances in 2nd.
