no, they only throw it deep when it's a part of the game plan

he threw some deep last week because the bucs passing D sux... got a couple completions deep and a PI call for 55 yards because defender was toast so he tackled wr

but yeah, JB is worst rated deep passer in the league going into last weekend's games

he doesn't know how to quickly go thru reads/anticipate cuts/moves in a route and throw it early... throws it late to dump off man... starts to scramble in clean pockets. stares down 1st read and has the occasional "r u kidding me" turnover when he thinks he is Luck or an elite QB
