The founders assumed the Congress would act in good faith of Country over party. They weren't perfect, but good God they couldn't be more wrong.

Trump would be convicted in 10 minutes with an impartial jury in Federal court. Not just for this, but for many crimes.

Christ he paid off a hooker with Campaign finance money before he was even elected (Felony).

I remember talking to a nurse in the ER a few days after Obamacare was signed into law. She told me that about a dozen people actually came into the hospital expecting free services because Obama just signed it into law.

When you are broke and have no money and get ill you call 911 and they drive you to the emergency hospital free of charge, then you get free healthcare in the ER.. They can't turn you away.. That was going on before Obama which is fine.. I understand.. You're sick you need help and you get it.. That's America..

However, this is why healthcare is so expensive today for the working class that really work hard. Hospitals and Doctors need to get paid also and how to they collect? I'll tell you how - The middle working class pay which jacks up prices.
