a couple people haven't paid loans back to me... its sad how some people find the most basic of decencies to be a struggle.

Why would you loan anything to anyone if you do not have the ability to get paid back, one way or the other? If they try to stiff you, you find them and beat the bloody crap out of them. If you cannot do that, do not make loans.
