That's not a bad deal, ideally you want 16 gig memory with an I-7 intel core.. HP laps were garbage last year.. Hinges break and constant crashing.. I'll never buy an HP lap again.. Maybe the newer ones are better though IDK? Tread carefully my friend.. Don't open and close it alot, those hinges are fragile trust me.

I bought a Dell that I really like now.. I-7 core top of the line. Had it a few months now, never crashes, super fast, hinges solid on the 17" laptop..

I'm not seeing any fantastic deals on Amazon for brand new laps today. They got some deals going on with re-newed laps.. Could try Best Buys though I didn't check their website....
