Here in WV the casinos have definite non smoking areas...but you can smoke in some places of all of them

Illinois. Might be moving there. Looking for super cheap housing close to a Casino with Sportsbook. Possibly even taking bus to work and no using a car

You would be much better off living in Northern Indiana (Merrilville, Chesterton area). There are three books right on Lake Michigan within 20-30 min drive in Indiana. Even though its legal in Illinois, who knows when they will be ready. The only one in the Chicago area (Rivers by O'Hare) isn't a cheap place to live.
