This is the best I've come across for full features to price.
You get a brand new 10th gen Intel i-7 with 12gb of decent ram a fast ssd hard drive all for $499. This is too of the line by current standards and since you just need it for work it will be over kill for years to come. I'm considering it myself but might go with a And ryzen 5 package they have so I can game too.

500 dollar laptop should last you 5 years. If you look at the Macbook 2015s, they are still running very strong, it's not like there's a massive difference to be honest with a '15 and the new ones. New ones are obv better but if you're checking emails and on sbr and placing bets and watching movies, the 2015 can do all those. I had this computer and bought it new at Costco slightly over a year ago.. The optical touch screen makes the screen look sub par on not full clear colorful HD.. Horrible option offered by HP, I never used it or touched the screen.. If you do you get finger prints on the laptop screen.. Again hinges will break and this computer has a tendency to crash all the time...
Don't push this sale.. HP laptops SUCK!!! I did the research and owned them.. I wouldn't pay $200 for that laptop today.. I still have mine sitting around with a broken hinge and I just don't care to fix it because I know it's a lemon.. Don't have the heart to sell it either..

bunch of folks on slickdeals claim this is best deal on laptop they've seen during & after Black Friday/Cyber Monday. it is a Walmart brand (Motile)...but the specs are legit. price is cheaper now then it was for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. so i pulled the trigger on the bundle. bundle is extra $10 for a wireless mouse($12) and laptop back pack ($60).

pretty stoked on this laptop so far...just got it today. shocked on how well it runs for the weight (2.55 lbs). feels a 1/3 of the weight of the Lenovo i replaced...and twice as as fast. hopefully it holds up. feel like i got a heck of a deal at $313 for laptop, backpack, and mouse. looks like the bundle deal is $25 more than i paid few days ago, but still a killer deal. here is link...
