Shaq and Kobe did win back-to-back-to-back titles 2000-2002, so there’s that.

Yep
Anthony Davis has no competition these days at his size/position.
Shaq would dominate him.
Kobe has that killer piece that LeBron is missing and is also a more potent scorer

Why worry about these hypotheticals that wont make you any money?
6 games per night in the NBA, try figuring out which teams will win and it will be worth your while.

Different era/ rules anyway. I remember those Shaq days where he'd elbow one of the Collins twins in the mouth and dunk it on them. Today that would be an offensive foul.

Yeah... I wonder how much of an influence China has had on the rule changes over the years. The Morey fiasco shed light on just how much money the NBA makes from Chinese interest, and if you look at their own domestic league it's not real basketball, just guards coming down gunning threes and putting up 50pts a night. Maybe that's what they're catering to.

ad and lebron better defense than kobe and shaq? Lol. Kobe has the record for most defensive 1st teams in history. He was a far better defender than James ever was, and we're talking in his prime -- James is now 35 years old almost. AD is no where near the defender Shaq was either. AD can get bullied.

West? Guy never even won a ring I don't think. Kobe would never lose 9 finals in a row no matter who on his team. He would at least win 2-3 of those rings.

Your boy won no rings or 1 max and I know for a fact he got to the finals at least eight times, if not 10. Don't care about mickey mouse fukkin technical statistics. West wasn't a winner. Kobe was. Great player but him and wilt were epitome of anti clutch. Bitch slapped by celtics yearly.

You don't know for a fact or you wouldn't be trying to pass off a multiple choice answer..
Saying Mr Basketball wasn't a winner is the most absurd thing I've ever heard..
Carry on..
I'm done here..

West, who played with the Lakers from 1960–1974, holds the record for most losses in the NBA finals, going 1–8 in his nine finals appearances
There you go.
Is that technical enough for you?

West vs Kobe is a great debate. Chamberlain however loses the duo battle for him and west van Shaq and Kobe.
Chamberlain huge underachiever given his talent and athleticism (best athlete ever given his environment) in finals appearances losing to Russell just about every damn time.
An argument could be made for magic and worthy as best duo vs Kobe and shaq

All strong points. Def a mistake not to include magic + anyone in the conversation.

Completely agree! Kobe & Shaq are good if not great defenders. People just don’t see or mind their defense because they are monsters on Offense!
AD & Lebron are better passers though. Highlighting Lebron to pass up the ball on crunch time😅

Earvin and Lew. Both legit Mt. Rushmore. AD and Shaq, no. James probably. Kobe not quite IMO.
Magic and Kareem also beat some sick teams to win those rings.

Why not Shaq?
He was dominating enough to change the rules..
