Moneyline bets on St. Louis a part of this market movement. It was hit so hard that the market had to adjust the spread as well.

Not sure about the initial spread movement, but they may have been trying to get ahead of the incoming ml action.

I think the market ran out of room to treat the spread and ML independently.
