I have degnerative disc disease in my lower lumbar

It's a mother faka. I stay lean, workout, do physical therpay, eat well, and still walk around like an old man for the first few hours of my day no matter what.

I have DDD as well it was diagnosed to me 10 years ago @ 27 years old. It fukkin’ sucks bro. That walk around like an old man for a few hours description by you hit home for me as I too feel this way most mornings.

I was married for nearly a decade & divorced for 3 years. I have a son who is 13. I took in my step son naturally when I started my relationship with his mom & he is 17. Great future college athlete in the making as a football player. Already has full scholarship offers to FAU & FIU down in Florida.
