Yea, avoid Charles Town if you dont like high payoffs. If you like low payoffs/chalk city play Finger Lakes instead. IMO its best to avoid horse racing completely unless you have a genius IQ. Especially thoroughbreds.Originally posted by unusialsusp5Comment -
