ULL has one of the best rushing attacks in all of FBS. They probably have the best offensive line in the Sun Belt and I don't see how Coastal can stop them on the ground.

Bonus has been their quarterback play from Levi Lewis. This offense is just too much here against Coastal that likes to play ball control. Not going to work here. Coastal also coming off a big win over Troy last week. I can see a bit of a letdown.


South Florida +2.5

I don't like South Florida coach but I think their talent can overcome it here. Temple's defense isn't the same from years past and I think they struggle against the run.

Initially I thought over. Temple uses 2 qbs and they have some decent skill players. But total keeps going down and there's no weather issues so feels like I'm missing something. Might be because of short week

You're a braver man than me putting money on that league. The shittiest team can win at any time and the officiating is hands down the worst of any conference I've seen. I stopped messing with it a few seasons back after getting hosed one too many times. Was great at first, "Tuesday/Wednesday night games!" Learned real quick. Maybe it's changed, but no thanks.

It's been dicey since he started and barnett went out. I don't buy he's 100%. Def has shoulder problems, and i expect to be limited on the ground, which is his strong suit. If they have to pull him Rygol is his backup and that dude stinks.

Shocka in a Seaweed initiated thread (they always make me laugh), you posted the following.
I'm in agreement with you but still riding the fence on beavers pulling this out for the full game.

Isn't 1H oregon state a better bet? Oregon St is on a high (2 nice wins recently, both on the road and dogs in each) while Wash is a little on tilt with the emotional loss to Utah last week that put a huge hurt on their season prospects. I'm thinking Wash comes out flat and Oregon St comes out on a high at home. The full game bet may still be a good one, but the 1H looks better to me.

Oreg St D is not that great and Wash needs to run to roll up the score. The "longer" the game (e.g. full game vs 1H) the more likely Wash gets up a head of steam to possbly score. Post #82 in this thread had my thoughts on the full game but the more I look at it, I like Oreg St + 6 1H.

Also, I realize Wash is 1 game out of being bowl eligible and may be motivated somewhat but they finish with Colorado and Wash St so I doubt they see this as a must win.

Oreg St on the other hand has got to win 2 out the next 4 (Wash, ASU, Oreg, Wash St). I think they will be as motivated if not more than Wash.

thats one way to look at it they could have come out like that against utah after leading in the 4th qtr against oregon but they didnt they bounced back and came out nicely against utah and led in the 4th qtr of that one too(they did have a bye though) they could do the same thing here this is the part of gambling thats hard to tell. guess reading up on team throughout the week can help some, try to find some quotes, articles from beat writers etc.

was my first time watching ohio this year their receivers dont have any extra gears I wouldnt even call it average speed for receivers. qb is best when he's running, miami(oh) coach hasnt been good out of conference but he's killed ats in mac play since he's been there

I can’t believe how awful the oilers were!! That was a prime position to be able to beat my blues but they were flat out terrible!! Watching that game I honestly was shocked it was for 1st place!! Blues had to have won more than 70% of the face offs, Edmonton turned the puck over time and time again, botched several 2-1 rushes where they didn’t even get a damn shot!!

In fairness to blues backup goalie Allen was the best I’ve seen him in years, he made a couple huge saves, 1 of them on a McDavid point black backhand that was not only incredible in what was a 2–1 game at that point but lead to a blues rush and goal shortly after which made it a 3-1 game and essentially was the turning point in game., Oilers got it to 3-2 and a PP with 3 min left, thought they were gonna tie it up! Allen made another incredible save then oilers inexplicably pulled their goalie which makes no god damn sense to me! I mean you already have the man advantage in a 1 goal game why give blues a empty net to fire at when it a power play so they allowed to ice it??? Just dumb!!!

Sorry I’m just responding now but I took a big hit on that game so I needed day off to get over it!! lol.

If you believe Tulsa can stay within 17, then I am going to look into the under 70.5. Tulsa D is OK but UCF Offense is pretty good (again the garbage competition factor). If Tulsa can slow down UCF even a little, I'd take the under.

Thats something I will have to look at closer.

too risky backing a tulsa team that has absolutely nothing to play for other than being on tv and its ucf. ucf prob have no prob getting to 40 but does tulsa score 3 or 4 tds is the question

This time they lost to Utah and have a short week for Oreg St. A lot about how a team recovers following tough losses is the coaching staff. Peterson's been there a while so he may be able to make them overcome a let down. I'm not sure. I just believe a 1H Oreg St bet is better than a total game bet.

oregon st. was feeling fat and sassy after beating ucla on the road come back home and get walloped by utah I know wash defense isnt quite as good as utah but they are pretty good I can see this one getting out of hand early too 6 pts just one score I wouldnt feel so confident about that now oregon state is feeling fat and sassy again after beating cal and arizona on the road and gonna get bopped it may actually get closer near the end than the 1st half Im thinking def. play wash full game or 1st half now

Are they tho? Look at the yardage and points they gave up to Houston, ecu, Pitt. They rank well in some categories but their schedule been soft. Not saying it won’t stay under cause it a huge total but there gonna be so many plays it worries me. I just feel a lot better with the +17 than worrying about the total.

The way I see this is pretty simple. I strongly believe Tulsa can give us at least 28, 28+17 = a number I don’t think ucf will surpass!! Lol.
